I am Dr. Shilpi Tanti, a Statistician and Data Analyst with a PhD in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), one of India’s premier institutions renowned for its excellence in research and academics. With over 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and consultancy, I specialize in:

Over the past decade, I have taught and guided students at some of the most reputed universities and colleges in Northeast India, including:
- Assam University, Silchar
- USTM, Meghalaya
- ADP College, Nagaon
My teaching experience spans across undergraduate, postgraduate, and research-level guidance, giving me an in-depth understanding of how learners at different stages approach statistics.
Professional Consultancy and Freelance Work
I collaborate with Social Network India, New Delhi, as a freelance statistician and data analyst, working on various state and central government projects. This ongoing association allows me to apply my expertise in data analysis, research design, and interpretation to real-world problems that impact policy and decision-making.
Alongside this, I have contributed to teaching and research at several universities and colleges. Due to my son, I shifted focus to remote consultancy work, which gave me the flexibility to balance family responsibilities while continuing to serve in my field.
Currently, I am also a Visiting Faculty at Hayat Nursing Institute, Guwahati, while offering consultancy services to students, researchers, and institutions across India.
